Black-Line Executive Services maintains these policies as a transportation-for-hire operating authority serving Dallas and the DFW Metroplex. This page is our publicly accessible notice under Dallas City Code Sec. 47A-2.1.6 and Sec. 47A-2.1.7.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances

Dallas City Code Sec. 47A-2.1.6. Black-Line Executive Services employs, maintains, and enforces a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting the use of intoxicating substances by its drivers.

Drivers operating under this company, including the owner-operator when driving, shall not:

• Use, possess, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol while on duty, while operating a company vehicle, or immediately before a scheduled trip
• Use, possess, or be under the influence of illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Misuse prescription or over-the-counter medication in a way that impairs the ability to drive safely
• Transport or store intoxicating substances in the vehicle for personal use while providing transportation-for-hire service

Any driver found in violation will be immediately removed from service. The company may require reasonable-suspicion, post-incident, or other lawful testing. A confirmed violation is grounds for termination of driving privileges with this company and will be reported as required by law.

This policy exists to protect passengers, the public, and the driver, and to comply with Dallas City Code Chapter 47A.

How to report a possible violation

Passengers who believe a driver may have violated this zero-tolerance policy should report it immediately.

Rate information

Hourly chauffeur rate: $90 per hour.

The hourly rate applies to private chauffeur and as-directed service. Airport and point-to-point trips may be quoted as a flat rate before pickup based on date, time, and locations.
